3. Delivery and Access
- Delivery times will be scheduled based on availability and customer requirements.
- Customers must ensure that there is adequate access for our delivery vehicles and equipment. We carry up to 300 feet of hose per truck to facilitate delivery.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing for our services will be provided upon request and may vary based on the volume of water required and the delivery location.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Liability
- Chlorinated Water Supply is not liable for any damages caused by the improper use of the water supplied.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their facilities are suitable for receiving chlorinated water.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Chlorinated Water Supply.
